Swells offers nine stereo reverb models, from conventional halls and plates to stranger algorithms, with lo-fi variants that alter each model differently.
SWELL generator normalization adjust RISE, FALL, THRESH, or source mode
The SWELL generator behaves like an envelope follower with four source modes and is normalled to the reverb parameters for self-modulation.
External modulation bus patch CV into MOD 1-8 or LEVEL CV
The eight parameter inputs plus LEVEL CV can move the module away from static reverb and into animated, performance-oriented territory.
Freeze and reverse effects press FREEZE or REVERSE, or assign TRIG
Freeze can hold a moment indefinitely, while Reverse turns the incoming audio around the pre-delay path for reversed ambience.
Burst accents press BURST or assign it to TRIG
Burst injects noise or feedback-style accent events that can make swells and transitions feel more animated.
Send / return mode disable the dry path
Swells can act as a send/return effect when the dry path is removed, which makes it easier to process external loops or parallel buses.
