Adds USB MIDI connect to MultiWAVE

The inlet adds USB MIDI access to MultiWAVE so the oscillator can be played from a DAW or USB controller.

Supports MPE MPE-capable host and MultiWAVE firmware 4.1.6+

The inlet exposes MultiWAVE to MPE when the parent module is updated to a compatible firmware revision.

Required outside N.U.S.S. MultiWAVE used outside the New Universal Synthesizer System skiff

The manual frames the inlet as the required physical and electronic support for USB control when MultiWAVE is not installed in the dedicated skiff.

Firmware and wavetable access USB host attached

The inlet gives easy access to firmware updates and custom wavetable uploading from the USB host connection.
